Are you having any specific problems with your system?

One of the problems with posting "hijackthis" logs on forums is that when we go to google to find out info on a potential suspect item then all we get is a load of search links to other forums which are full of similar "hijackthis" logs with no answers.

Well my PC is running quite slow and I've already done a spyware scan and just thought maybe something was hogging memory.

Genberally the R1 items can be removed. Looks like you have an addon bar for internet explorer.

Other than that at first glance it looks OK.
