I have NTL Broadband / ubs connection / via the set top box

Shortly changing PCs

I have the original NTL Disks but how do I get a print out of all the relevant
config info ???

Change it to ethernet before you change pc, then you just need to plug it in i think.

you may need to clone the mac address though...

If you are swapping to ethernet, then you would need to reprovision, if you are staying with usb, just plug the adaptor in & install the drivers via the found new hardware wizard.

Please, PLEASE DO NOT RUN THE DISK!

if you have Xp on the new pc, that should be it for the connection, then just open Outlook Express, you should get the set up wizard,

1, first page is just your name.
2, the second page is your email address.
3, then there are 3 boxes, the first has POP3, and the second two are empty, in the first type pop.ntlworld.com, and in the second smtp.ntlworld.com,
the 4th page should have your username in the account name box, and you just have to enter your password in the password box.

and that's it , all done & dusted.

If you need your email password, call either CS or tech support. Both have access to that data.
