Well if that ex-wrestler could become governor somewhere, then Arnie can do it. Go Arnie!:D

Heck, ex-film stars have become Presidents before.

In the USA anything is possible.

You've gotta admit he's certainly got the tag lines:
I'll be back (Terminator and many others) - Loses first attempt
I had to let him go (Commando) - Cabinet reshuffle

Problem - Arnold was born in Austria (IIRC) so therefore cannot be president, that post is reserved for people who were born on US soil.

He can make it quite high in the political chain of command though :)

He will never make it...most of the senators I have seen on tv can act...they have to!!!!!

Well, i suppose it depends on what sort of acting he has to do.... it's a shame he can't run for president... then all he'd have to do is read lines that are written for him and look stupid which he has proved he can ........ and the president they have at the moment does it so well too :naughty:
:argue: Download Failed (1) I can see him in the senate right now..... :p :D

Yep...

I think Arnie should be president. He can't be any worse than the ****er who's the president now.

Now seeing who Arnie is up against was well funny.

As the porn magazine publisher Larry Flynt is also running.

Although the funny part is Gary Coleman is standing as well, the short guy who played Arnold in Diffrent Strokes for those who remember.

Pity Bruce Willis never threw his intention in the ring.

Be an interesting debate tactic form Gary then "what you talking about willis"

LOL>

I wasn't watching really, but it did look quite cr@p. Now Terminator is a different story. I haven't seen 3, but 1 and 2 were brilliant.

It's interesting that a person can only be president if they were born on US soil.

It would seem that the US is operating unfairly in discriminating between native and naturalised Americans either of which can be called up or drafted for National Service.

I hope Arnie does win the governorship of California and does bring about fairer and more effective government in that state.

Maybe one day in 'the land of the free' you'll be able to elect a president without discriminating on grounds of sex, race, sexuality, affluence, status, descent or age.
