hi,

My brother has just got NTL with free for 2 months broadband & TU24 telephony.

He was under the impression that TU24 is free 24x7 telephony service for a flat monthly fee, but looking at his bill he has been charged for telephony service (for national & local calls). Can anyone confirm that TU24 beens free 24x7 calls.

Thanks

TU24 is billed at £25 (£9.50 line rental + £15.50 talk plan) monthly. He should then get landline calls ie 01xxxxx & 02xxxxx & 0800 xxx for up to one hour as non billed calls.

I suggest he calls Customer Services (150 off his ntl line or 0800 052 2000) to check the correct tarrif has been applied.

I'll tell him to do that.
Thanks
