"Only" 10mps? 10mps is a lot faster that 1.5mbs! ;)

Anyway. Nothing is wrong, I presume it's just showing the speed of your network card - not the bb connection (as Windows doesn't know what speed that is).

Try something like DUMeter (www.dumeter.com) and get you're average DL and UL speeds

There is nothing wrong - it is (correctly) displaying the speed of your ethernet connection to the CM, this is unrelated to the speed of your broadband connection. CM ethernet is always either 10mbps or 100mbps. :)

Nothing wrong with it, it is perfectly fine.

Shall I just carry on the broken record? Ok I will...

Nothing wrong, speed between your PC and Cable Box is correctly shown
