i have in the last week discovered the reason why a lot of my wifes emails she is expecting have 'gone missing' when using outlook.
we recieved by post copies of the emails she sent and somehow the letters in the address had become jumbled @ntlwolrd.com instead of the correct @ntlworld.
now this isnt the same for all emails but quite a few were found in the sent box after the fact.
i have since swapped her to outlook express (didnt want to as i cant see why it would be a problem but..it was recommended by CS purely based on the fact that emails were being lost) and have been monitoring the situation and it hasnt repeated itself
