First it would be advisable to look at the T&C's of your Wanadoo service, if you leave before your 12 month contracts up (some isps ask for a penalty charge for leaving/breaking a 12 month contract early)

You can log into the plusnet portal's forums (guest/guest) & post in the guest forum to chat with them & they will advise you exactly whats what.

Just be careful migrating to plus.net, I tried to migrate to them, they gave me a date for activation which was nearly 8 weeks later and when I chased them up after them 8 weeks, the stupid f*ckers hadn't even initiated the migration with BT.

Before migrating/switching Adsl providers do some detective work....

Findout all you can about the isp you are thinking about moving/migrating to, check the Forums to see if any customers/ex customers have suffered any major on-going problems etc after all you dont want to be leaping from the frying pan into the fire so to speak.

being cheaper may cost you in other areas like poor internet service or bad customer support.
