When does the Leicester 600k go up plz?

Hi, could someone tell me when NTL will upgrade the 600k service to 750k in the Leicester area, Rusheymead to be more specific, my cousin who lives round the corner had a 150k connection, and his has alrdy been upgraded to 300k, when will myne get upgraded please? Thanks!

Firstly have a look at the post code checker to see if your area has been done link here (http://www.ntlworld.com/data-feeds/editorial/microsites/upgrade/checker.php)

Thanks for replying, myne is going to be done this September, but my cousin who lives round the corner has a slightly different postcode, and i typed it in, it said its due this October!!! But hes alrdy had it!! The post code checker is NOT working properly >.<

What set up do you currently have then ???

Set Top Box or Stand Alone Cable Modem.

If it is either have you rebooted ??

Should have mentioned not to rely solely on postcode checkers as they are a guide only.

Ultimately NTL will say your cousin has had a bonus getting it early and yours will be in September and you will have to wait etc.

Not ideal but post back with some details and i am sure peeps who work for them will be able to advise further.

NTL's postcode checkers are as much use as a chocolate fireguard. :)

I have a silver cable modem, and i have tried rebooting, but nothing happened :(.
