Anyone else getting intermittant webpage loading this last 20 mins or so in the Cambridge area? hardly any pages are loading right away, DNS seems to be screwed.

Well its not just pages here i've noticed mail, newsgroups and everything goes off every few minutes. It was fine 30 mins ago.
