I live in the Warrington area and have a 1mb BB connection and still haven't had a call to discuss the new Samsung box. ANy ideas when they might call?

I was due to get mine 2 weeks today, but when the engineer came out to fix a fault he put one in the other day, to save time I guess. They are mint :D

Me either, though I wouldn't worry about it, the upgrade from 1Mb to 1.5Mb on STB's isn't due until October I read.
