View Full Version : Cut off for the third time in 3 months!!!

Hi folks,

I'm just wondering if anyone has had the same problems as me.

I've been with NTL for 3 months, have 3 phone lines and 1Mbit broadband.

Now the payment for the phone bill went through last week, funny thing is I didn't receive a phone bill from them.

Last night the phone was cut off, no warning from NTL and it was after 8pm so I couldn't call and complain!

This has happened 3 times now, I'm getting a bit cheesed off with it. The last time it happened I called NTL, they reconnected the line for a day and then disconnected it AGAIN!

I'm running a business from home and need the line on, but all NTL say is they haven't yet received the money even though it was paid by direct debit.

My broadband is working fine, no problems there, just the phone line is stuck on incoming calls.

I'm half tempted to tell NTL where to stick their phone services and go back to BT, at least they were more helpful.

If you have suffered any quantifyable losses as a result of being cut off, collect the information together and go and get a free initial consultation with a solicitor.
