NTL RJ45 Crossover converter- mines got a fault

My RJ45 Crossover converter has developed a fault tHhat I use with my BB. I think its a loose wire in the cable end of the converter. Anyway - which number at NTL is best to speak to get a replacement?

If it's a crossover adapter, I'm guessing it'll be on a Set-Top Box, so the tech support number you need is 0845 650 0125, not the number posted above (that one's for Cable Modems only). They're open 8am-midnight, 7 days a week.
