Haven't got long to type the whole story out but here's basically whats just happned to me
-Been an NTL customer for 4 years had broadband for the last year and half
-Decided to cancel the TV and telephone but KEEP the broadband
-NTL accidently cancel the whole lot
-No service for 5 days
-Reconnected with explanation of apology!
-Presume i wasn't charged for loss of service considering they cancelled my service
My question to all is; should i complain about it to NTL with the idea of getting something compensation wise?
