Been trying to get in touch with NTL Billing CS allday and it just keeps cutting me off all the time. Need to speak to them regarding a billing query but can't get through!!

Anyone else struggling? I'm using the 0800 052 2000 number followed by Option 1 for BB billing enquiries.

Any help appreciated.

try choosing a different option say one fro upgrading, they all tend to go through to the same ppl, even though you would of thought different ;)

Tried the BB upgrade line, same problem. Tried from 2 different phones as well. Mobile and landline.

sounds like ntl have a problem with there lines :eek:

Its been like it since early this morning. I would have thought someone would have mentioned it by now though.

true...it mite just be you though ;)

try ring sales on 0800 052 4000 (i think) and ask them to put you through to c/s...
