You scored 1 out of 23

If you scored 5 or less: you may have low stress levels. Keep doing what you're doing! However, it's worth noting that even one symptom like 'working yourself to exhaustion' could be a sign of stress. If you do feel at risk of stress and want to know how to keep your levels down, have a look at some our related links on the right hand side of this page.

the only one i am is "lack of interest in personal appearance" :D

I scored 7, but the test is flawed (aren't they all?!) by automatically associating symptoms with what they're trying to test without considering that there may be other causes.

For example all of "Feeling sweaty or shivery", "Pounding heart or palpitations", "Needing to go to the toilet a lot more than normal" and "Feeling sick in the stomach ('having butterflies')" could all be the result of medical conditions that have nothing to with stress and many of the other questions could be likewise.

Personally I wouldn't get stressed about it! :D

Excessive thirst can be connected to diabetes and therefore the needing to go to the toilet may also lead on from that.

Same goes for headaches. Most of mine are hormonal related or lack of sleep.

Insomnia isn't always about stress-it can be because someone keeps poking you awake for snoring or there is a particularly noisy pigeon nesting at the bottom of the garden. :D

Ah phooey to such questionnaires.

Its always a day worthy of a chocolate binge, have a rummage in the fridge, there's bound to be something there. I think I've got some yummy cream filled ones from Salisbury's in the freezer, but they'd take too long to defrost and I'd not even consider microwaving them, the carnage!

I got 19 out of 23 - and after the week I've had I can fully understand why.

Hmmm. Fridge contains a tub of marg, two onions, 4 pts of milk, bottle of mint sauce and a dodgy bottle of BBQ sauce. Freezer contains chips, bread, and peas. I have 3 tins of beans, 2 spaghetti, packet of smash, and 9 small tins of peas (dunno what I'm gonna do with them). Oh and a bag of pasta. I've just done the fortnightly food shop otherwise I wouldn't have much in at all  I might have a mini toffee crisp kicking around somewhere :erm: It's been a week worthy of a chocolate binge... :p:

take the stress quiz.

Yes Sah! *salutes

Anyway. just taken it. Scored 1 out of 23, which was actually higher than I expected to (I don't get stressed easily, in fact my old Boss used to say he could tell that the s**t was really about to hit the fan when I did show signs of stress).
