Yes I add cocoa to mine as well.I've also done the classic Mexican Chocolate Chicken.

However this is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. :(

Although judging by his picture, if I remember correctly, he's probably never had one :)

Positively disgusting. And you'll pardon me if I don't take a bite. I find meat quite disgusting.

Well, you being a vegetarian, I wouldn't expect you to like anything with pork fat.

Mind you, I wouldn't like it either..

Although judging by his picture, if I remember correctly, he's probably never had one :)I'm of Latvian decent. I have eaten smoked pork fat when I have been in Latvia......very nice on dark bread with slices of beef tomatoes and ground pepper :) .....a Winter food.
I suppose that chocolate pork fat might be nice, it would be interesting to try it....don't knock it till you've tried it :naughty: :D
