Hi,
Currently having our old shed at the end of the garden rebuilt as a playroom/home cinema and thinking about getting an extra NTL STB out in it so I can watch footie, films, etc on the big screen. Are there any limits on how far they will run a cable when installing an extra STB? Also does all the cable have to be installed by them, i.e. if I installed a cable during the construction process such that all they had to do was connect both ends would they be okay with that? If so where could I get some suitable cable?
