No Internet in manchester

Any 1 else having problems this mornin woke up this moring and had not internet connection all the lights on the cable modem where fine i just did not have a valid ip address any 1 else havin these problems tried turing off my firewall but that made no difference..

You need to ring ntl on 0845 650 0125 I'm afraid.

You need to ring ntl on 0845 650 0125 I'm afraid.
If it's a Stand Alone Cable Modem Neil it needs to be 0845 650 0925.

0845 650 0125 is for Set Top Box broadband.
