Cathy2907 wants to cancel her phone and keep her broadband.
She has no tv services ATM... She has been told that this is
not possible....

I was under the impresion that you could just have the BB service

Can some kindly NTL bod confirm for me please :)

Hi Stuart,

If you can get her postcode for me, I'll double check, but I'm pretty sure you can have BB only. The only reason I think she might be told no is because she's still within a 12 month contract with the phone... ?

Thank OB - you are a star :)

She has had her services for over 3 years so I dont think the contract is the problem....

Just for further info ntl can only hold you to "one billing period" if only taking telco. As "one billing period" is a month this wouldn't be an issue, ntl can only hold you to a 12 month contract if it is attached to DTV.

As OB says, sounds like she has been mis-informed.
