Slow browsing and upload

My browsing has ground to a halt and uploading to my website goes up at about 900 bytes.
Downloading seems ok.

Anyone else got this problem in Hatfield Herts?

The recorded message on NTLs Tech support mentions AL10 but thats been there for 4 months!!

I have just spoken with Tech Support. They tell me there is a problem and it all stems from the ongoing problem they are aware of .... thats the one thats been ongoing for four months.
They have no idea of when it will be fixed :(

My internet is now unsable, where pages took a few minutes to load they now just time out.

I ran one of those test things .... see below

Everything seems to be running ok again.

That didnt last long ... 1 hour later and its gone again. Its taken me 15 minutes to get here :(

Still not working :(
I phoned Tech Support again and was told its low signal to noise and has been a problem since December.
I guess now its got so bad that the network is grinding to a halt they just might fix it.
