unable to view text of emails

hi guys,

can anyone help here, if i attempt to open an email sitting in my inbox it appears to hang and will not let me read,i can see the sender,description etc but no text

try to view via webmail but says no messages?

any ideas

If you have downloaded them then they will no longer be on the server - so you won't see them in webmail.

What software are you using locally for your e-mail ?

do you know whether you are viewing your email as html or plain text?

urm... don't use outlook express myself so couldn't tell you!

basically, if you are viewing plain text mails you will just get text and nothing else, and if it is html you will be able to view pictures/ formatting/ hyperlinks etc in you emails.

If you open up the message and then right click somewhere in the body of the message does it give you a 'view source' option? if so click on it and see what it comes up with.

cannot right click coz the message hangs only gives me the select all option?

as far as i can see, the message is just blank. If you check the message properties (either right click on the message in the inbox and property or open the message and press alt + enter)

what is the message size showing up there?
