Norton can't find it and based on some info on the register about the virus it isn't in my registry.

I can send other emails fine, it's just this one with a macroless word file attached.

I just told outlook to send it as a plain text email instead of a HTML and it went fine. Weird...

I'm glad - upon investigation the email was actually sent MULTIPLE TIMES, each time I tried to send it, it just never left my outbox because of the error return.
