FTP on ntl down?

Is ftp down at the moment on ntl ?

I can use http / ssh amongst other things but not ftp ?

Have tried different clients and trying to connect via ip address rather than hostname to eliminate resolving problems, but am getting nothing?

have tried various ftp sites ranging from sunsite, to ntl's own webspace ftp?

NTL ftp seems fine here - what error message do you get ?

When did you last get connected?
What IP addy are you using? I've just tried 62.253.162.29 and it was OK
You are connecting from a NTL dialup/bb arn't you?
