Re: hwo do you connect xbox to pc monintor???

You would need to buy an XBox VGA adapter - this will let you plug the monitor's lead into the XBox, via the adapter.

I've never used one myself, but I know Boom has used them before. Not sure if anyone else here has.

I don't know where the best place is to buy one, but doing a Google on "XBox VGA adapter" would probably be a start.

Is there a way of connecting an XBOX to a DVI (digital input) on a LCD monitor?

Not AFAIK.

There is an HDTV adapter available (for NTSC consoles only), which gives your XBox component video outputs, and enables progressive scan & HDTV support on the XBox.

But, I've never seen any mention of a DVI adapter for the XBox. I've just done a Google, too, & didn't find anything useful.

If you look in this forum, there is a Xbox Technical FAQ that AFAIKR tells you where to look for this.

Re: hwo do you connect xbox to pc monintor???

A guy I work with uses his xbox connected to his monitor all the time - he seems to think that it's fine! (In fact it's a switchable unit - ie you connect your xbox and PC to the device, and then switch your monitor to whatever you want)

He's back tomorrow, so I'll get back then.
