The NTL enhancement Trial has been temp posponed till after the new year, there is a problem with the NTL newsgroups and NTL are aware of it my guess is that it will probably be fix just intime before the trial starts next year.

if you goto the group
claranet.news-service (on the claranet news groups) you will probably find out why claranet have a speed problem on the news server your downloading from.
I'm told they are upgrading their news servers at the moment transfering things across from one to another (claranet info supplied by a friend)
