Tis easier to introduce a new prefix with updated rules than try and force every telco and company to change how 0845 is charged

When I ring a 08 number I get a message saying do you want to continue as you may be charged and can hang up before its connected.

We use 03 numbers at work, lets us be anywhere and just have one number.
