Hi,

Is it possible to send a email to a Virgin Mobile phone as a text message like
number@emailaddress ?

If so what is the emailaddress to I send to?

Here is a link but it is a US site even though it mentions the UK, it will only work if you pay a premium but it is free in the US.

I have a Samung Tocco Lite.
I could send it as an email but would cost money to receive it.

The idea was to have a status script send me a text message when the server was down.

Virgin EXtras used to use number@vxtras.com but I believe that service has been defunct for a couple of years now
