Are Virgin ever going to solve the problem of sending Emails from mobiles using an ntlworld.com address?

My problem is on the mobile phone, windows mail is fine. The links seem to refer to computer systems not mobile phones.

Correct. But sooner or later the mobile phone e-mails get into the forest of smtp hops on their way to the final pop destination.

I mention it as my 3G Vodafone dongle that is piggybacked onto the mobile network uses the virgin smtp server(s) to send mail, or not, as is the case.
