Smile Can anyone help me

Hi there I am Kela from Dundee Scotland Just took a new Blackberry 9300 on contract from Virgin Media I've managed the email and lots of other things but puzzled as when I plug phone into desktop nothing ! I have looked around and saw that I have to download software from Blackberry Is this right I would like to sync some music to my phone Hope i did this right and you can understand me thank you so much hugs Kela

PS I did call Virgin Media but the guy did not understand me or I did not understand him ! He told me to call into the shop in town

You need to download the Desktop Manager.

You can get a version from here but better to get it from your service provider's website...

Got the software set up on desktop Have had my phone set up from there also but my computer does not recognize my phone when its plugged in by USB What do I do now Sorry to be a pain but I have no music on my mobile Please if you can explain to me how to get the mobile recognized on my desktop The USB lead I got is very small in length My phone is way below my desk

Hi and good evening to you all I am a thick head me My gran daughter has shown me how to do the phone but I did want to say a big thanks to all who tried to help! When I attached my phone to the computer I was only looking at computer screen and not the phone so did not see the connection button .
