End of contract

When your virgin mobil phone contract is up , what happens if you dont renew into a new contract. Do virgin continue to provide you with your current tariff and so continue to take payment each month or do all payments and tariff stop automaticlly unless you tell them otherwise.

Re: End of contract

seems like they just carry on as before, mine just run out last month and i'm still getting billed as normal and the freebe's

most companies do it as a month by month contract once the 12/18 month contract is up, untill you call to cancel/change it

Re: End of contract

It carries on until you decide to give 30 days notice if you want to get your line from elsewhere.
