How's the Everythingeverywhere rollout?

My main phone after a quick YES to 789777 - is now roaming nicely.

The spare/mum's phone, after many attempts, is Not - always says we cannot sign you up by text at this time.

Now is it a rollout schedule issue?
A phone compatibility issue (It's a Sagem MY411C, VM locked)
An old SIM issue - it's an 07941 (From my first phone, not the one that came with the 411C)

Using the Orange network when T-mobile isn't available, still not sure if there is a time when everyone is supposed to get it without having to ask.

As the rationalisation and duplicate coverage removal increases, it won't be a case of getting BETTER coverage by having the EE (or "national roaming", I think is the VM name for it), it will be needed to maintain the coverage you had before.
