well they do for normal costumers but not for virgin media and with that new eu law that came into force where all mobile companys have to do a 12 month deal
But they do have a 12 month deal, which you can get if you want it
What you can't get is the 12 month deal AND the better texts/web allowance for the phone you want.
You have to make the choice as to which is more important to you and make a consumer choice accordingly

The 24 month deals are so much better especially if you are a VM customer already. Usually a free phone on a lower priced tariff and better inclusive mins, texts and web allowance.
