Re: mobile questions??

I think you need to clarify what you want as I have read that a few times and I have no idea what your requirements are.

Just slow down and think about what you actually need and put it into another post spelling out your requirements.

I think the poster has already TV, Landline, and Broadband (what packages L/XL/etc is not stated), and he is asking if after 12 months, is it possible to negotiate for a mobile phone (package?) to be included free of charge, or perhaps the same services for a lesser price, or more services for the same price or less (I believe).

In answer to that (if it is the question), I don't think you will get a free mobile phone (package), but it depends what bundle you have already - if you are paying a reasonable amount (say for XL bundles), VM might be willing to negotiate; if you are on the lowest packages, probably not (as, strangely enough, they are a business, and would like to make a profit).

Hope this helps.

Re: mobile questions?

I thought that virgin mobile and virgin media were ,in effect ,two different companies i've had a phone for about 2 years now and never had any offers or anything linked between my BB/TV ,fixed phone and mobile

I was just a bit unsure and did not want to send you down the wrong route.

As you are a already a Virginmedia customer they do have special deals for customers which are in the link below.
