The VAT rate has nothing to do with how many mins and texts you get from VM.
Its the government that set the VAT rate. Would you expect an extra slice of bread in your loaf when the VAT goes up too??
VAT is currently 17.5% rising to 20% so you will probably end up paying something like £10.12 or something like that.
