virgin 2 virgin calls

Hi is anyone else having the same issue as me where my virgin to virgin calls are being charged as standard calls

do you have free virgin to virgin ?,they are not automatic mine were applied as a special offer

Yes its part of the vm mobile package. 3000 mins between virgin mobiles. Go to virginmobile .com. and click on virgin media customers

hi are you actually calling a virgin mobile rather than a virgin media landline, I think that its only virgin mobile to mobile that is included.

Yes as all my family use virgin mobiles


This is a known issue at present with vm mobile IT team that vm 2 vm calls are not deducted and has only happened since I changed my contract on 25 July
