change delay to divert to voicemail or turn vm off

How do I change the delay before my calls divert to vm viocemail? They divert in 15 seconds which I find is too short and I often miss calls.

Alternatively how do I turn VM off? In my T610 I have tried repeatedly to cancel 'divert unanswered' but everytime I check the status it has changed back to divert on.

Found the answer on another website... for anyone who's interested you dial the following code:

**61*447945190314*11*40#

**61* is divert settings
the 4479xxx bit is VM voicemail service, change if your with O2, t-mile etc
the *11* means voice calls
the *40# means divert after after 40 seconds. This is the highest VMs network would accept

I hope this helps someone else

I was told you need to dial, **61*44068----------*11*40#

Where ---------- is your mobile number without the 0 at the start, not sure if it's different for PAYG
