Thumbs up First Impressions of Virgin Mobile

Called V mobile sales on monday afternoon, got imediatly through to a lady (can't remember name) took all my details, Tuesday morning recieved 2 pay monthly sim, inserted into phones (one for wife), called V mobile customer services (imediate response again) gave pac codes. This morning both numbers tranfered over from 02, checked online bill which is correct. Went onto the v mobile website and did automatic settings for the phone to use mms etc which work within 2 mins.
10/10 I wish all companies were this good, including Virginmedia!

Re: First Impressions of Virgin Mobile

Nice to hear a positive post I work in a service industry(nothing to do with Virgin in any shape or form) and most people are quick enough to complain, but rarely make the effort to praise!
