Already with Virgin Mobile

Hi,

I'm already with virgin mobile (contract just up) and have analogue TV, Phone & Internet from NTL. Will i be able to keep my existing Virgin number and move onto the £10 offer? Who do i need to speak to ntl or virgin mobile?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Already with Virgin Mobile

Ring Customer Service at Virgin Mobile.
If you're eligible for the £10 add on package - then I'm sure there will be no problem in changing you over.
You should be on the three for £30 tariff to qualify.

Re: Already with Virgin Mobile

You can be on any VM package to qualify
I am on the 2 for £20

All you need is the Virgin SIM card, then the PAC code from your existing mobile phone provider
The number transfer takes about 14 days
