Sky HD and VM Phone Line

I've just upgraded from normal Sky to Sky HD and am having problems getting the box connected to my VM phone line so was wondering if there are any known issues with connecting a Sky HD box to a VM line. (The old Sky box has never been connected to the phoneline in this house)

Not sure whether it's relevant but the main phone point is actually an old Nynex box.

Shouldn't be any issues mine was connected initially to a VM phoneline.
