Thats good news as the less illegal operations there are the less we the paying customers have to pay for these illegal customers cheating the system.

That premise only works if the people willing to pay the little amount involved with the pirates would have payed for a subscription to begin with.. You'll find that most wouldn't have

This is often portrayed as a victimless crime because, at the point of use, the fraudster does not deprive the provider or other customers of any revenue or product. Victimless or not doesn't come into it as a crime is simply a crime.. My viewpoint was that it doesn't necessarily effect current subscription pricing (as specified by denphone.) Sky isn't going to drop their pricing due to more subscribers even if any of the card sharers did subscribe..
