Question New Sky viewing card.

Hi

I am with Virgin Media but I also pay Sky as well to keep using my old Sky+ Box so I can tape things on the Free to view channels.

Do anyone know if Sky will sent me out an new viewing card or do I need to phone Sky up to order an new one?

Re: New Sky viewing card.

Unless you phone Sky they won't know you need a new card surely?

Re: New Sky viewing card.

I would guess that they would reconfigure the existing card, if you were moving from channel pack to recording mode ransom.
