thinking of getting sky+HD

can you get it with out a phone line

or how mutch would it cost with the phone line+broadband all the channels +sky movies no sky sports but would like setanta sports

It needs to be connected to a landline for 12 months.

Not necessary:

General: Free Sky/Sky+/Sky+ HD box must be connected to a fixed telephone line for 12 months. Non-standard set-up may cost extra.

You can get any Sky package installing without a phone line - some people choose not to have a land line these days. You just pay extra.
