Hi i recently had to replace my sky hd box with an sky + box (cancelled hd subscription) anyway when im wathcing a recorded program the picture will either freeze, jump and lose sound any ideas whats causing this - can anyone help???
I had the self same problem with my first amstrad box from sky, had that changed and the same problem, another amstrad box. Finally had it changed again for a pace box and the problem vanished hasn't been back in months.
