No l think Spurs are there on merit as l believe they have a better all round squad then Arsenal and Chelsea.

Yes there is no doubt that any manager should be given a reasonable time at any club but the sad fact remains that chairmans these days expect success straight away rather then take the long term view of building a club with strong foundations to provide that path to success.
