Premier League score
Liverpool 3 Newcastle 1
Unconvincing but three points at the end of the day.

He has to take the one year extension if United give it to him, its a clause that the club just has to exercise. For some reason March is the earliest it can be signed, so it all makes sense.

Yes it was a brilliant clearance by a player having his best season so far with Liverpool and also a crucial win that keeps us on the tails of Arsenal and Chelsea.

It doesn't make sense to me
Berbatov would be free to talk to clubs outside England on January 1 unless Manchester United take up their one-year option to extend his current deal, which expires in June.

Re: Football Season 2011/12
They've told him they will take up the one year option clause, so i assume that means he won't be allowed to speak with other clubs. It just doesn't come into effect until March.

Not sure Man Utd will want him now after giving away a silly penalty against Blackburn.

Re: Football Season 2011/12
Lazy, can't tackle and moody are just some of the things l would describe Berbatov as.

If he was able to do this more often and when it counts, we wouldn't want the idiot out.
