Are there any racing people in ? anyone been having any luck at Cheltenham this week? Lots of outsiders been going in look like having to sell the family silver to pay for some gas and electric by saturday if this keeps going as it is.

All I know about the Cheltenham races is that last Sunday night the Holiday Inn Express there was £65 per night, from Monday onwards they were charging £357 per night..... Robbing gits!

s'called "in season". They do the same for Greenbelt too, although at "slightly" more reasonable rates.

Yup the only winners are all the bookies.
The "Festival" will truly become a circus tomorrow as heavy rain makes it even more of a lottery.
Going to be loads of miserable folk heading back to the Emerald Isle.
