help with wireless setup

Hi

I have a wireless network before and it worked perfectly wit my old pc. I have just bought a new pc and am trying to connect. When I go into the standard XP wireless network and search for wireless networks it does not seem to find my network any ideas as to why it not finding my wireless network.

I can connect to the net if I use a wire to the router. I hyave chyecked on the router settings to see if SSID broadcast is set to enabled which it is.

Re: help with wireless setup

What type of router and what PCI card?

Try adding a 'preferred network' and quoting the SSID and any Wep/WPA key.
