Question Help New To Networking

Hi

I know nothing about how to setup a WIRELESS network or what i need to get it to work so here goes ...

I have a p.c downstairs which i have my ntl 10meg broadband connected to i have another p.c upstairs which i want to connect to the broadband cable modem downstairs what do i need to do this ??? can somebody help me in anyway i need as much info as possible as i will be going out to get the stuff i need this weekend !!

You need:

Wireless broadband router, wireless PCI card for the PC upstairs and lastly a single standard ethernet cable for the PC downstairs.

If you need recommendations for the hardware, just shout.
