I have a PC with a sacm and I want to connect it wirelessly to a new laptop which is wireless enabled. I do not have any spare slots in my pc to install a wireless card, so what is the best way around this please? Can I just buy a wireless router and connect it between my modem and pc or what?

I have my router all set up and working( after a few difficulties). My wireless laptop comes on Thursday. Whe I set it up, do I use the "Wireless Network Set Up Wizard" or "Network Set Up Wizard" or both. I guess it is both, the second one allows you to share files, printers etc, but being new to all this, advice would be appreciated.
