WAG354G wireless with Ethernet rather than DSL

Hi!

I am trying to use a Linksys WAG354G to provide the house with wireless. However, I don't have an ADSL connection, only ethernet. I have been able to connect get wired internet through the WAG354G by connecting an ethernet cable from first (non-wireless) modem to the WAG354G's port 1.

However, I still can't get the wireless to work. Does anyone know how to sort this or, does the fact that I am providing the internet to the WAG354G via port 1 (effectively the "output") means the wireless won't work? I'm hoping there is some setting of which I am not aware.

Many thanks in advance.

Cheers!

Won't work, you need a cable router which has an Ethernet wan port.
